How many properties / listings do you have in the GLS?
The GLS is over 1,000,000 (*in just 5 months) listings and growing every day

The actual size of the GLS database is not publicly disclosed at this time

If your property listing has been added to the GLS, it will show up in the public search
If your property has been marked with the status: 'off market' it will be removed from the GLS public search view
Some MLS regulations require removal from the system based upon certain criteria, such as status: pending, under contract, etc. If your listing(s) have been added to the GLS by your local MLS, ListHub, etc. this may be the reason you are not finding your property
I see a lot of listings with no picture or photo - why?
Often we have REO, distressed, foreclosure, and pre-foreclosure properties in an area first – which typically do not include a photo of the property (photo is not required)
There are still many people who just don't understand pictures and virtual tours are a vital part in marketing their property online
There aren't very many properties in my area in the GLS - why?
As an Agent/ Broker – not seeing other resale listings in your area is a PLUS for you! At this early stage we are finding many Agents and Brokers taking advantage and ‘owning’ their local market(s) by ensuring that their Properties are listed in the GLS, for their area – giving them great advantages over the competition (e.g. a local search shows that broker as having the most or *all* properties in a particular area, etc.) – our buyers, sellers, and investors in your local market are looking for you – and your listings.
Does MyREALTY.com validate or confirm property submissions?
MyREALTY.com reviews property data on a broad scale and duplicate, irrelevant, etc. listings are removed at our sole discretion
All data submitted by 3rd party sources is in handled and managed with strict compliance to the rules and regulations of the data source / provider
